Redirect Non-WWW Domain To WWW

Hello users! After Google upgrades its blogger interface, many of the users couldn't redirect their naked domain to www ones. This is a Blogger bug. In this post we will tell you how could you manage to redirect http://yourdomain.com to http://www.yourdomain.com. Though the solution is not a direct one, but it works 100% till now and will work in future too. Please follow to how how to do the same:




What Is it?

Naked Domain Redirection means that when a person opens http://yourdomain.com, then it automatically redirects to http://www.yourdomain.com.

What is the error?

Google when recently upgraded its blogger interface, then even when selecting Redirect http://yourdomain.com to http://www.yourdomain.com" it remained unchecked. We have finally found a solution to this.

Steps to do:

Go and sign into your Google Apps. (Click HERE if you don't have any Google Apps Account)


You must now verify ownership of your website. The easiest way is Meta Tag.


After Verification, click on Dashboard - Domain Settings - Domain Names - Redirection (as shown in the picture)

Now Click On Change Redirection and type www


Click On Save Changes!


Done!

Note :- Make Sure that you have added A-records into your advanced DNS zone (Hostgator) or any DNS Management system of your current Domain Registrar.
