Hi all users, long time no post :( sorry for that today I came across to this site and what it does is that it will make your link into a link from google.com, and then encode the strings so you cannot see where the real URL is coming from.
This is how a redirect to hackforums.net looks like:
https://google.com/url?q=%68%74%74%70%3a...aRIPOr8j1Q
As you can see, there is no way of knowing the URL it will redirect to. The link will look like that above, but if you hover it, you can see that browsers like Chrome will automatically turn the characters into the word. You can get a lot of people to press on this link (because they will most likely trust google.com), and then you can infect them, or do something else!
